Wellwater Yew Dune? #2 Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Torry: Well, it was fun.

I used to have a weekly delivery route that took by here on a regular basis. ... Used to...

I still remember the day I first set the cache and the friendly dog who woouldn't leave me alone as I placed. I finally had to bribe it with some candy I had in my truck.

Later, I was delighted to find a note in the log from some highway workers who had found the cache but put it back and re-hid it. Over the months (hmph, years) the DOT crews would make a point of keeping a brushpile on the location. Looks like they got a new supervisor who had them clean it out.

I am archiving this one as I no longer can get up to that neck of the woods.

This is a really pleasant stop while hustling down the road and is a natural site for another cache, I would be honored to see another placed nearby.

Geocache Description:

A quick easy find that's great for the beginners. Please re-hide carefully.

You're looking for a small tupperware clone. This is near a popular roadside water source that I have stopped at occassionally but don't like to drink. I found it sometimes a bit "skunky".

The folks with INDOT ( the highway department) have been taking care of this cache for me, unofficially. Please give them a brake.
