Old Imagawa alley cooperation construction
Tokyo modern ages and construction series # 06
This building recruited the merchant as part of the earthquake reconstruction effort and was supplied as construction of a ferroconcrete make of cooperation. The completion is 1927(1927).
It is a building crack type and 1 and the second floor are joint buildings constructed the store, owner's dwelling, and the third floor as a rented apartment. Only cooperation is disliked, and it is this one house that achieved.
By the way, the Imagawa alley seems to be a name of a place that originates in "Horizontal alley in the high [keimagawa] residence".

旧今川小路共同建築
東京近代建築シリーズ #06
この建物は、 震災復興事業の一環として商家を募って共同の鉄筋コンクリート造の建築として供給されました。竣工は1927年(昭和2年)です。
棟割式で1、2階は店舗とオーナーの住居、3階は賃貸アパートとして建築された共同ビルです。 共同化が嫌われ、実現したのはこの1棟のみです。
ちなみに、今川小路とは「高家今川氏屋敷の横小路」に由来する地名だそうです。
