The original V mini-series was not supposed to be a science fiction series at all! It was intended as a literal telling of the Nazi takeover of Germany and the resistance movement against it. However, due to the popularity of Star Wars, network executives had the producers change it to a science fiction mini-series.

Here is an example of some dialogue from the V mini-series:

Martin: The Leader wants them living. Some of them will be made into troops for battles with his enemy.
Mike Donovan: And the others?
Martin: In addition to the water... there is another basic shortage on our planet.
Mike Donovan: Food!

All told there was over 1,350 hours of V that aired on the television. There were comic books (18 DC comic book issues were printed), paperback and hardcover books, video games (for the Commodore 64 and the TRS-80 Color Computer!), soundtrack recordings, toys, stickers, trading cards, a punching bag, lunch box, action figures, you name it. There is still a fan club devoted to V to this day and a new book was recently released as well as a potential television sequel to be forthcoming.

Difficulty of the cache is primarily for the puzzle. Terrain is due to a bit of a hike required (greater than 1 mile round trip) some of which is off-trail.

Ammo can is initially stocked with a bunch of cache containers and other trade items. There is a waterproof magnetic nano in the log book bag as well. Feel free to grab a container if you will use it to place a new cache. Otherwise, leave the containers for those who will use them. Feel free to trade a container for a container if you have one but Would like a different kind.

Congratulations Abby's Family on the FTF!

Winter Friendliness Rating: Findable in all Seasons. Snow shoes would be recommended during times of heavy snow cover.
