Geocache Description:

In 2003, this was part of "Lighthouses on Parade." You can still
see many of these art projects in and around the Portland area.
This one is called "Samantha Goes To "C." You are looking for a micro
not too far from the lighthouse. The cache is not on or around the
lighthouse, but close by in a more discrete location. Bring your
own pen or pencil. This should be an easy park and grab.
