Geocache Description:

This series is on the Ahnapee State Trail and is intended to both get people out to enjoy this State Trail and to get more caches in the area.

The Ahnapee State Trail is property of the State of Wisconsin and part of the State Trails System stemming from Rails to Trails. It is located in Kewaunee and Door County with 46 miles of crushed limestone path, great for biking and walking. Notification Form has been submitted to of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource.
Many of these caches will be pill bottle size located very near the trail. These are intended to be easy and bring more people to the trail, so if you are looking for a challenge it will not be in the finding of the cache but in how far you can go on the trail and in how many you can find during your trip.
Caches will include logs and no writing utensil, so please come prepared.
