Short walk along paved pathway (with hills) in oak woodland area in
the heart of Valencia Summit.
This should be a relatively easy cache to find. The idea was to get
you to the location, not frustrate you with the search! Find
parking nearby either of two trail heads (#1 at N 34° 23.874 W
118° 33.771 or #2 at N 34° 23.971 W 118° 33.539). There
are other possible starting locations but I didn't map them out.
From trail head #1 the GC is less than 1/3rd mile, while only a bit
over 1/10th mile from #2. The walk from trail head #1 is a nicer
walk, from #2 is quicker (obviously).
Cache is a small Tupperware-type container (think pudding cup
sized) hidden very near the intersection of two trails. In addition
to the not-so-natural cover, it is under a small chunk of concrete
to help it stay put.
FTF gets a Sacajawea issue 1-dollar coin and/or a collectible
Disney pin.
