The cache is a green waterproof match container. The name of the cache will not help you to determine the co-ordinates of the cache. I came up with the name of this cache while I was looking for a place to hide it. I noticed a kestrel that had found its way through a hole in some netting and was flying around trying to get out again. I told someone who was working nearby and while he was figuring out how to free the bird I continued with the cache placement. The real co-ordinates for the cache can be found in the text below:

April 18 by War1man and MiMi (3297 found) I have been studying this puzzle for months and the coordinates keep eluding me. I even tried to jetski it when I heard another geocacher mention that they thought the final was in a certain park. I actually was very very close. So, I did the next best thing, I cried and whined to the cache owner for help, which, as usual, he cheerfully sent me another file to see if I could get it.
