Bergstigen Traditional Geocache

I norra delen av Degerhamns samhälle finns Bergstigen som har blivit en omtyckt promenadväg sedan Södra Möckleby hembygdsförening utfört ett storartat röjningsarbete och ett antal trappor som underlättar för vandraren. Här kan man se resterna av en industriepok och lära sig mycket om kalkstens- och alunframställningen ända sedan 1700-talet.

Gömman består av en vit plastburk innehållande loggbok, penna och några bytesvaror.

North of Degerhamn you can find Bergstigen a popular footpath where Södra Möckleby hembygdsförening , ( S Möckleby local history association) has made a very good job to make it comfortable for the visitor. Here you can see the remains of an industrial epoch and learn a lot about the limestone and alum quarries and the hard work in the 18th century.

The cache is a small plastic box containing a logbook, a pencil and some trading objects.
