Moulton Park is right next to the Shenandoah River. This is along very calm waters with nice views of the surrounding area. Do not try and retrieve this cache if there is any sign of flooding. The container is fixed, you will have to remove the lid and retrieve the log. Please, do not remove the container.
After having to replace the container twice and save it from flooding 2 other times it was time to change this cache to make it hopefully flood proof. You might have to hang on to something while retrieving this or you might get wet. Overall difficulty rating is for getting the log out and back into the cache. Finding this is not the challenge. The area leading to the cache is a very level area but it does have some ruts. FTF goes to: The Wandering Panhandlers. During spring summer and fall there will be others around especially on weekends. Bring your own writing tool. A flashlight will be helpful in determining how to retrieve.
