PHC stands for Petrolia Historic Cache and the series is intended to highlight some of the historic locations and events in the Petrolia Area.

Greenwood Park has a long sporting history and at one time had a race track (Greenwood race track in Toronto was named after it) and a cycling velodrome built back in pre-automobile days. Now the site for fairs, rodeos, tractor pulls and demolition derbys.
