This cache has been archived.

Mountain Climber: I have received too many complaints about this cache. It mistressly appears where people have already looked several times before. I just can not let this to continue. If you can explain the reason that this keeps happening I will reconsider and unarchive the cache.

Geocache Description:

!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to Ubear, Stinky & Doobies for the FTF !!!!!!!!!!
The terrain on this cache is pretty level, but there are uneven spots that might cause you footing issues, just be careful. The cache is a 5 star on the difficult hide, and a 10 out of 10 on the EVIL SCALE.

Did I mention the evil rating is a 10 out of 10?
So be prepared, your in for a LONG journey and chance are...a frustrating one! But remember, its not a 5 star hide for nothing.....HAVE FUN!
_______________________________________________________
This cache is located on what was called the Smithfield-Burlington Pike. It was located on the first bridge out of Smithfield to cross the White river and was an important part of the development of the county.
It was a very important point in getting trade to the mills. The bridge was eventually replaced with an iron structure which still stands today.
Of course, this road is no longer called “Smithfield-Burlington Pike” but it is a major route to Prairie Creek located just 1.5 miles south. So it’s a very busy road at times, and high on the muggle factor. Be prepared, you will get muggled a LOT.

This cache isn’t easy, and no standard “lock n lock” type cache will prepare you for it.
***********Please read the following:
Its in the right of way, its not on the fence, not over the fence, not on the gate, not over the gate, its located between the road and the fence. Please DO NOT cross the fence into the farmers field. Its in the RIGHT OF WAY, you do not need to trespass, its not on private land..!
***********

There is enough of a parking area the clear the road, please pull all the way over and out of the road.
This IS NOT a simple park and grab, you will probably spend a good amount of time looking for this one, so be prepared. Please CITO! Much time has been placed into this cache, it was inspired by MEANSTREAK and the EVIL FACTOR is high on this one. I will tell you more in the hints….

HINTS:
-------------------------------
Red Herrings? Probably a few of me too!
I'm being watched by the large wood brothers.
The farmer got tired of it! (no not a tire!)
Less concrete evidence in this case, but you will be within the puzzle problems limits
(2+4=?, x2-11+6)
(to help better figure out the problem limits, a little hint...... The phone company use to use me all the time!)
The log is no longer in a match safe, but close in size. But remember, that is what holds the log...the cache holder can be anything.
Hahahahaha
