I dedicate this cache to Cameron of Foocachers. He was shot and wounded by a crazed landowner who lives by the cache. Thank goodness, he is doing well.
Welcome to this series of caches called "The Cowboy Series." This is the forteenth in the series, "John Wayne." There are 31 caches in the whole series. They're all hidden in the desert and so look out for critters. These cowboys were all part of my youth in the 50's and 60's.
"John Wayne epitomized the western cowboy, he was in too many good movies to list. Enjoy these caches, I hid them with my great nephew, Adam. You need not have a 4wd vehicle but a high clearance vehicle would help.
