Nazgul: This cache was originally placed when there were few other caches in this park, as incentive to get people up the hill for the nice views. With (literally) dozens of caches being placed in the park since then, this is certainly not needed any longer. Also, the this hide location - on the bottom of a power line tower - has fallen into disfavor to some degree.
I retrieved the cache today and it had held up surprisingly well, so maybe I can recycle it elsewhere. Thanks to all that visited!
