An easy walk from nearby parking with some fantastic views.
We had a cache up here before, but it ended up being discovered by the locals and eventually had to be removed by the rangers. The rangers suggested that I find a more out of the way spot for the cache. We came up here today and were rewarded with some spectacular views. Very clear for this time of year. We saw a reference benchmark near the top of the hill, but the actual benchmark appears to be missing.
The cache is a decon container so bring your small trade items. The location is a short distance off trail and should be less likely to be discovered by the locals. The cache is hidden in the traditional decon manner.
