Near an overlook with an unbelievable view of Knoxville. There is a pictorial map that shows the Peaks you can see in the distance. Bring a camera! Container is small with only log. Bring your own pen, enjoy the view !

Cache Logs

November 1 by modcuda (280 found) The inside of the container was pretty wet, but the log itself was dry. I dried the container as well as I could and hopefully replaced it in such a way that water won't intrude as much. Meanwhile, we totally enjoyed the view - WOW! We also checked out many birds nearby and saw one that we still haven't identified. Perhaps it was just passing through to a foreign land ... SL, TFTC! [view this log]

August 18 by K4HHA (1012 found) Worth the drive up here just for the view.. the cache was a bonus...This has got to be the most intense TV and radio radiation location in this area... dozens of every kind of radio and TV towers are up here. Found the cache, using the hint. I thought Fawver was the only one with a supply of rusty Altoid containers, but DM Flyer must have gotten in on the supply source as well. Signed log and replaced. Cache rusty, but in pretty good shape.... considering... [view this log]
