Definitely not a handicapped-accessible cache. Had to move the
cache, the fork is out of tune. Lowering terrain rating as a
result.
Yes, it's another ammo can decon container in the woods. No,
there are no rocks. The fork went to pieces, but you can still see
what it once was! The cache lies near it.
