Specatacular view over the Murray River
You are looking for a cliplock box. It containes the usual mcToys, log book, pencil and pen when placed. And a geocoin to continue on it's journey.
The views of the Murray River from here are panoramic. Currently the river you can see from here has water in it due to the earth dam that has been built at Clayton. Currently the lower Murray River system is in drought and you could see huge sand flats that are the river bottom buy since the 'regulator' at Clayton the river is back to looking 'normal'.
Grundy is a name that has been associated with Hindmarsh Island for a long time. Walter Grundy moved to Hindmarsh Island in 1890 and lived at Riverside and in 1922 bought and owned Mundoo Island. Grundy's still live and farm Mundoo Island.
