It will start to sharpen your skills for the tasks yet to come. To find this cache, you will need to be TALENTED.
One of the letters from the word TALENTED will be on the lid of the cache. Mark it down and, later, place it into the evil geo-decoder for THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL - FINALE to make the final, evil find.

Note: This cache can be readily logged without doing the series, by parking or by exiting the river from your canoe or kayak. It is a the Moen Bridge DNR Canoe Access.

Also, maybe take along a spare cache container with you. I have so far been unable to get out and check the caches on the river - Hmmm.... need a canoe partner?!?!? LOL!
