Located on the river near harbor town
Enjoy the riverside park while finding this cache. You may want to park all the way at the end of the park, unless you would like to walk some and take in the park! There are not too many places to hide a cache there so it is in kind of an unlikely place. See the cheat for clear directions. The cache is under leaves behind a concrete divider. It is at an elev. of 265 ft. Good luck!
