Bring your best friend Traditional Cache
freddw1: Although this site has had many visits, After being muggled twice in rapid succession. I am not going to be able to upkeep a cache here for much longer so am sadly deciding to archive it. It is an awesome location hopefully someone else will place one here. Freddw1

Oak Harbor Wa, in a local public park. fairly flat terrain, some spotty tree cover makes for occasional reception issues.
Cache is an ammo can on pretty level ground, easy pickins! Very near a trail so rehide well! It's in a local park, open from dawn to dusk, parking's close, kid and dog friendly. We come here often to play, and meet new friends. The biggest challenge here is not being spotted with the cache, Muggles abound! Watch your step and clean up after yourself! This is our first cache placement. Tree cover can be a minor issue here. Ok with a new coat of paint and some of the underbrush cleared out this one gets even easier, "NEW" Cache contains a new maglight, some change from Singapore,a good book, and a couple of CD's, and the rest of the booty left over from the last one. Sign the log, enjoy yourself, and if they're ripe, take advantage of the old fruit trees in the field opposite. PLEASE DONT JUMP THE FENCE, THERE ARE GATES PROVIDED.
