curlyshavings: I have resisted archiving this cache since the "doesn't feel safe" postings haven't matched my own experiences in visiting this location. However, "better safe than sorry" is probably a good policy in this situation.

Thanks to all who found, tried and/or provided feedback!

Geocache Description:

This is in Glenville neighborhood's M. L. King Jr. Park, a nice little park on Cleveland's east side. There's a fair amount of parking and the path is paved to the cache location. Bring your own pen/pencil! There is no room for trading items. Park is open from 6am through 9pm, year-round.

While struggling to come up with a name for this cache, it was suggested I read what is known as Dr. King's "I have a Dream" speech. This speech is so full of powerful images that I found it hard to pick just one phrase. The name is in reference to his call to march ahead. He told his listeners that "we cannot turn back", but that we should march forward until "justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream." Anyway, that resonated with me and so I chose those words from Dr. King as the title for this cache in a park named after him. The speech can be found here and here.
