In downtown Littleton, NH there is a pleasant 3/4 of a mile walk along both sides of the Ammonoosuc River crossing two bridges over the river.
It is highly recommended that you do the entire 3/4 mile loop walk crossing the Ammonoosuc over the new Covered Bridge built in 2004 and recrossing the River on the Curran Suspension Bridge. The river, itself, is very scenic and you will pass several historic buildings. The cache will be found near the beginning of the walk if you start at Mill Street. It may not be easy to find or you may find it right away. You will need to bring your own pencil to sign the log.
This cache is winter friendly.
This cache has proved so hard that I have changed it to a 5 difficulty as of 4/30/06. It's there!!
