Ballingall Park
The engine in this park was presented to the City of Ottumwa on the 100th Anniversary of the first train over the tracks of the Burlington & Missouri Railroad. Built in 1930 this engine had 3000 HP and could reach 100 MPH. The magnetic cache is a waterproof match container. A million places for a magnet.This cache was placed with permission of the City Parks Director. The GPS was bouncing pretty badly when we placed this. Maybe due to all the iron. If you can lock closer, please post. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB ON TRAIN The hint is a real spoiler. Bring your own pencil.
