Canoas Flock Revived Traditional Geocache

Public city park adjacent to school. Flat terrain with paved walkways, grass, tot-lot and large barbeque grills.
From the right angle or distance, a portion of the cache should be visible, hence the difficulty rating.
Another dang micro that seems to be appropriate for sparse city parks. This one has been disturbed several times... and thus had been relocated, and then needed replacement after 'dropping.' Take care in putting it back, or you could end up with a big OOPS!
The location may be busy on good-weather weekends, but not at night when the park is closed (?). Don't come un-hinged if objects block your GPS signal... Swing into action like a Pro to locate this cache quickly.
