Terrain is some grass, difficulty level is low.
Cache is a small container holding the log sheet. It is hidden in one of the central areas of Penndel Borough. Should be GENERAL-ly easy to find (yes, that's a clue!). The kids call it "the dragon". Some stealth may be required.
