Geocache Description:

Visit a cave with well preserved Native American color paintings! Bring a flashlight for best viewing.

The oldest drawings in the cave are about 1000 years old. They are dark pigments. The younger drawings are about 300 years old and are very colorful. The youngest drawings are probably 30 years old and are not too interesting. There is a description of the pigments on a plaque at the cave.


The coordinates to the "Moving Plates" cache are inside this cache. We didn't have any cache goodies when SBPhishy and I replaced the cache, so geojunk donations will be accepted until I get back up there to fill the cache.
