It's about time we had another event in the North West, so here it is. There will be a chance to bag some trans-atlantic TBs, as it is the week after we return from the US.
The landlord of the Thatch and Thistle has kindly reserved the farmhouse area of the pub for us from 12pm until 2pm for food, and then we are welcome to stay on afterwards as well.
The farmhouse area is on the right as you enter the pub. There are plenty of cask ales for those of you who need them!
The best route is to come off the M61 at junction 6 (Reebok stadium) and go up the A6 towards Blackrod. the pub is just off the A6.
