It was a beautiful Sunday and Tundra Tim wanted to get a few caches in the Hatcher Pass area that have been elusive for him, namely Afraid of Heights GC5CKBH and Captin Kaboom and the Craigie Creek Crest GC2AQ5F. We thought we read Ha'Tsi's suggested attempt for these caches thoroughly but when we got to the top of the crest the route to the ridge looked a little more than I was comfortable with. So I decided to go with the old saying of " if you can't find a cache, hide one. We did search out some different approaches to those caches and will return another day for another attempt. We did get some spectacular views of the area so it was not a wasted day.
