Almost roadside.
On one June day in 2009, we saw a deer (along Hwy 126), a mountain lion cub and two coyotes along this road. It was a one-in-a-million day for wildlife viewing. If we'd have seen a bear ... well, that would have been the icing on the cake! So we decided to come back and place some caches to pay tribute to all the wonderful wildlife you have the opportunity to see in this area. We actually saw one of the two coyotes head up the steep rocky draw-like waterfall just down the road a little from this cache.

A nice boys' day out afternoon caching with Djmlp4. We started at the Sespe Shell cache and worked our way back to the 126. TFTC!

this was my last cache of the day as daylight had faded and caching with a flashlight out there is silly as the scenery is the prime reason for being there. thanks for another nice cache out here!! (Rated 3 stars with GCVote)

I didn’t see any coyotes but saw a bunny, a Red-tailed Hawk and a few lizards. Thanks for the cache.
