Right off one of the trails at the Circle B Bar Reserve. Seen a massive spider web with a huge banana spider in it that caught my eye of this odd tree and thought it was a great place for yet another cache out here.
Cache is located at the Circle B Bar Reserve. Dogs are not permitted in the Reserve due to their status as an alligator's favorite snack food. Since a large portion of the Reserve is restored wetland, there's a good chance it will be wet during the rainy season. Don’t forget the insect repellent and water. Be careful and enjoy the area. Be advised that there are always risks associated with visiting nature preserves. CAUTION... alligators live here...it's their home. It is illegal to harass wildlife...please observe from a distance.
Please sign in at the information board in the parking lot near the trailhead, and note that you're there to geocache. Polk County's Environmental Lands Program is receptive to caching. Signing in shows that you appreciate this. Please be respectful of this property, its vegetation & wildlife. Make sure you grab a map of the Reserve at the trailhead.
