15 minute walk from Harms Park along a wonderful, paved trail.
Welcome to Lil’ Froggy’s Fishing Cache.
This cache was placed along the Row River Trail, a local gem that joggers, walkers, bikers, bird watchers and all nature lovers use year round. This part of the trail winds around Dorena lake. By the way, for the non-local's, "Row" rhymes with "Cow".
We placed this cache near a spot where my family has spent many afternoons enjoying the wonderful scenery and having a picnic lunch on a nearby outcropping. Bring your walking shoes, as the only way to get to the cache is to walk about 15 minutes along the trail. The best parking is at Harms Park.
Since the cache is along a lake known for it’s fishing, I thought a theme cache was appropriate. Inside the cache you’ll find many items you may need to go after the local game fish. Hooks, fishing line, bobbers, weights, swivels, hook removers and stringers can all be found in this cache. If you like to fish, and you remembered your pole, we’ve got you covered. You will have to dig your own worms!
