This multi-location puzzle cache is offset from the listed
coordinates, though these coordinates may be of use later.
During a recent conversation with an associate on the West Coast, I
was startled to learn that he had operational knowledge of several
unrevealed elements that comprise a darker side of Rhode Island's
history. To further my surprise, this associate was also able to
produce recently declassified documents that were then forwarded to
me.
It is your task to decrypt the documents, physically visit the
specified locations to obtain additional clues, and learn what you
can of this disturbing mystery.
The listed coordinates are NOT for the cache location(s) and
will serve only to put you in range to intercept any unexpected
communications. You are urged to print all of the provided
documents and to print a copy of the Periodic Table of Elements if
you haven't committed it to memory as you may be asked for papers
during this potentially time consuming puzzle.

obtain a photograph of themselves at one of the cache component
