How Geocaching Works
We want to "Give you the Boot" so you get off your duff and find this great area! 2 terrain only because you need to hike a ways to get to the cache but it is pretty flat.
You can hike or ski or snowshoe in the Winter to find this cache. The cache container has traveled to The Great Smoky Mountains, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Glacier and Yosemite National Parks well as many hiking areas in Wisconsin and the Coulee region. Now it is time to "retire" this LEFT container and this is a great spot. If you want maps of the area, go to (visit link) You will need to bring your own pen. Make sure to wear orange from Sept-Jan. due to public hunting.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted and approved by Adam Zirbel of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
