The "winner take all" cache ends July 4, 04.
This cache will stay in the same place but will then be converted to a deal your own hand type of cache. Log your hand when you log your find.
DO NOT HUNT AT THE COORDS ABOVE. THEY ARE TO THE CENTER OF WAPOGASSET LAKE. THE CACHE YOU SEEK IS AT:N45 13.ABCW92 15.DEF****
This is a polker run of sorts where as you must first find 6 micros to get the coords to the "dealers" cache.
The Six micros are:
Pond Prowler Production Park GCJ3E1
Parker Place GCJ3E5
Polk 'Y Pines GCJ3EB
Parker's Papa Pine GCJ3EF
Polk Point GCJ3EJ
Public Portage GCJ3EK
On the inside cover of each micro is a letter and a number. The numbers are to be put in place of the letters in the coords above.Inside the "dealers" cache you will find sealed envelopes. Each envelope contains one card. For each micro you found (it IS possible to find the dealers cache with less than 6 finds if you figure out my pattern) take one envelope. So if you found all six micros, take six envelopes. If you found four micros, take four envelopes.Take the envelopes/cards home with you. Do not leave them in the cache. Then Email me with the cards you drew along with the code written on the card. Each card has a code.As the "hands' come in, I will post them on this page. This is poker and so standard poker rules apply. No wilds BUT since we are playing with multiple decks, it is possible to get five of a kind. Therefore, five aces is the highest hand possible and so on down to 5 dueces. After that, a royal flush wins and so on. Please note: Aces will only work a straight if it's on the high end. NO A,2,3,4,5 straight!Okay, now the fun part. Once all the hands are dealt OR the time limit is met for this cache, I will email the winner with the coords to the final "cache". Winner takes all! The cache and all it's contents go to the player with the winning hand! It will then be up to the winner to reveal what the contents were. I will NOT disclose. In the event of a tie, I will send both players coords to the final AND an alternate. The final being the big cache and the alternate being a secondary cache. Again, winner takes all. Which ever cache they get to first, they keep! Now, please limit one hand per geocaching name. Please, no repeat hunts and no multiple hands. I want this to be as fair as possible to all who venture out.One more thing, it is NOT necessary to leave anything in the Dealers cache. Just take the number of envelopes as earned. However, if you wish to leave something, leave only one thing. That is to say, take ONE hand, leave ONE item. Thanks for playing!
