A = 4th digit of year of death of his mother, i.e 176"A". You can find the cache at:
39 Deg 07.085 and 75 deg 26.5"A"8
Hint: its further down the side road more than 0.1 miles away
Maybe you will also see a C-5A flying overhead since the Dover Air Force Base is close by.
