"Too often. . .I hear men boast of the miles covered that day,
rarely of what they had seen." - Louis L'Amour
This is a 4 part
multi-cache and will take some time and energy to complete. If you
do it all at once, be prepared to travel at least 8 miles on foot.
This area is off-limits to motorized vehicles, so solitude is
guaranteed. If possible, toss on your backpack and spend the night
along the way. This way you can break up the trek and enjoy a night
in the dunes. Excellent spots to camp can be found with a bit of
looking. Weather and wind can be unpredictable, so come
prepared.
The coordinates will take you to the first container, which will
include the coordinates for the second, and so on. The final cache
is in a metal ammo can and contains the usual assortment of
goodies. The containers at each point contain a logbook, but in
order to claim this as a 'find' you must reach the end!
First finder gets a signed photo from Actress/Geo-model Sasha
Azevedo and Oregon Gold Geocoin #1448. The first leg takes a few
feet of bushwhacking to reach.
