Geocache Description:

Do you ever wonder if we humans are unique or if we are
just one of many races and species of intergalatic beings
adapted to our local environment but doomed to solitude?
Might we already have acquired circumstantial, still-hidden
evidence that Earth has, in fact, already been long
subject to alien visitations (UFOs, abductions, etc.)?
A tantalizing clue has recently been acquired by the SETI
project and they are now reaching out to seek the public's
help. Six seconds of non-random, indecipherable noise was
extracted from the radio telescope receivers. At first the
X-band segment of the electromagnetic spectrum appeared
to hold the key to decryption. But more recently a range of
wavelengths is believed to hold the still-elusive key.
If any in the geocaching community can unlock this code, a
new cache log awaits your signature! Bon chance, nos amis!

Congrats to PhilNi and crs98 who both earned a share of the FTF!
With this puzzle there is NO need for a geochecker. If you solve it, you'll know it!
