Geocache Description:

Part of a series of caches placed along some scenic rivers.

One of a series of caches hidden in scenic spots along some Nova Scotia rivers that we would like to share.
This is one of 5 caches in the proposed Devils Jaws Wilderness Area.

The route to this cache will take you about 3 km from the trailhead to the end with an additional 1.5 km downstream. The trail is fairly dry for the first part depending on the weather or season and includes a shallow stream crossing. From the trail end follow the river where you may find parts of an old trail/portage route. The cache is hidden near a small waterfall.

Look for an ammo can with a logbook, pencil and an assortment of items, some of which may come in handy in the deep woods. Hopefully you won't need them. As always be prepared. The area is actively hunted in the fall.
Trailhead, trail end and parking coordinates in the additional waypoints section.

Prize and certificate as usual, but with a twist. This one is for the Second To Find. First, Third and Fourth in the other 3 caches. You will know which one you are by the log book entries. Good Luck!

Be sure to record the partial coordinates for GC6KJFR in order to solve the puzzle.
