Third installment of a series of caches to lead to the wonders of
Griffith Park.
How much do I love caching in Griffith Park? Well, apparently a
bunch and I want to share the joy with you.
This short series of three caches is a great introduction to the
south side of the park, Bronson Canyon. This area was fortunately
undamaged by the 2007 fire, but I noticed a lot of caches have been
archived over the years.
Cache is a cammoed airborn tube.
Be sure to check out GOOGLE MAPS SATELLITE IMAGES, to see how
the nearby area was devastated by the fire.

Parked and hiked to get to the nearby Batcave cache. On our way back my cuz & I realized we had parked at almost the exact location of this cache. Nice and easy! TFTC

The hint was what guided us to the correct spot. As earlier poster noted, it appears there are issues with break-ins to cars. Nice hide!

Not my best day caching. First time by, muggle sitting in a car at GZ, yaking on her cell. I finally gave up after ten minutes. Went up the road and DNFed the next cache. Then, as the fire road started to incline up, I was suddenly reminded that I had twisted my ankle earlier in the week. It was okay on flat ground, but it wasn't going to take me up hill. At least the muggle was gone when I came back by.

This was an easy find, and had we known, would have been a great place to park the car had we not hiked in from the entrance. TFTC!
