The posted coordinates are the location of the first stage. The cache container with the software library is the fourth stage. Please exchange CDs only. If possible, post a photo in place of signing the log, which seems to easily get soaked.
Each stage contains the coordinates for the next stage.
There are puzzle solutions for the cache locations 2 through 4. The first 3 stages are structures, and each one has a serial number on a plaque at each end. Record the serial numbers and plug them in to the simple equations to get the coordinates of the next stage. Please note: One of the plaques is illegible, but the plaque on the other side is OK.
Stage 1 serial number = A B C D E - F
Stage 2 serial number = G H I J K
Stage 3 serial number = L M N O P
