Geocache Description:

This is one of my favourite places to bring my dogs for a walk in the park. Depending on where you enter the park you will have a short walk or a shorter walk – only about 1.5 kms of flat gravel road total from end to end (with a bit of off path travelling). This is actually a small section of the longer Trans Canada Trail. If you want to stay and camp, fish, cycle, hike or ride your horse you are welcome to do that too.

The park is open from 6 am – 6 pm and I would suggest that you get here when there aren’t too many people around. You may pass the original location of the cache which is particularly nice and you may get a chance to see some turtles, frogs and heron. After this cache has thrice been swept away by the flooding from the river, and dropped from the trees from the storms, I have moved it a fourth time. I have changed the coordinates and I hope I got them close to where the cache is. It should be quite easy to find. Please hide it where you find it so it's not easily seen by the muggles. The cache is a small camo container that has a little room for a small item or two and maybe a small trackable. Please bring your own writing tool. Enjoy your walk.
