Roadside parking available. Park the shortest distance to the cache (smiles). Watch out for the thorns during your short steep hill climb. Available in winter but not winter friendly. Moved slightly from original location due to muggles building a fort, coords NOT updated. Check clue below. Update: moved back to original location (same coords).
I've noticed this "public land" on a city map for sometime but didn't know how to approach it without trespassing. I brought my map to my school and had our Police Liason Officer, Officer Frank show me the no trespassing approach. Thus, I decided to name this cache after him. Officer Frank is no longer our Police Liason officer...I will miss him!
You are hunting a camo-taped tupperware container. Please replace as found.

Update 8/12/07 A big thanks to Linda Fawn for providing the following "family history," on this cache site.
This cemetery was set up for the Poor farm back in the early 1900's. What
would happen is that if you could not afford to take care of your family.
The county would send you here. This is when Ozaukee and Washington county
were the same county. Next to the Poor farm (Samaritan) is a building to the
west side this was the old insane asylum. If your family thought that you
had gone insane they could have you committed. All it would take was 2
family or friends to take you there and you would be committed. My family
member was named William Preisler, he was the son of Mary and Charles
Preisler. This happy couple had 12 children and William was the youngest.
He was not insane, but he was a heavy drinker and got caught hitting his
mother. So his brothers put him away. How sad. If you want any more info.
I do have lots since I have done our family history back to 1820"s. That
is when our family moved to Port Washington from Germany. Linda Fawn
