I found parking within 100m of this cache, however I don't think the terrain will make getting there in a car very easy. A 4x4 truck or mountain bike will be your best bet. The hilltop offers a nice view of the surrounding valley if it is not fogged in. We found it very nice spot to wait for the fog to lift.
The Cache is a black plastic container with some U.S. Military memorabilia, and a logbook. I forgot a pencil so you will need one.
Small note on cache maintenance: Although I do not live in Romania I make frequent business trips to this area.
