bullit: Came out to take some new coords and drop some bugs but now the new hide area has been disturbed and the ammo box is gone. I'll work on a new cache for the area soon.

Geocache Description:

A 30 cal ammo can on a nice little urban walking trail. Be careful as walkers will come up on you quick here.

Stbk and I have always joked that if one of us stuck a cache back in here the other would surely get the FTF. Well I've waited and waited and waited but still no cache so I've decided to get rid of a pesky ammo can that I have tried to place no less than three times over the past few months. Initially it was going to be placed near downtown SJ near my high water cache but nothing would support an ammo can. Then I tried the Rootin for a bone spot(hence the Haunted trees log book) but it didn't fit quite right... lastly up on Copernicus Peak last weekend but the road was covered in no parking signs.

So it goes here, unfortunately I just noticed that my four year old daughter has logged herself in to about the first 10 pages of the log book so don't get discouraged if you are chasing after the FTF and see some writing in the log book.

Cache starts out with some compasses, B/W Jazz tokens, wooden nickels, some misc cache containers and other stuff.

Enjoy!
