Wiley's Place Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

The Popeteers: The wall was bad when we placed it but now has eroded to what we contend as a dangerous spot. We will archive this and if this area is repaired we will once again place a cache close to this fun historical marker.

Geocache Description:

In 1854 Wiley Hudson and his family settled this area. The Hudson Bend area originally contained some 4000 acres but now contains about half that much due to construction of the Mansfield Dam and the creation of Lake Travis. More information about the area can be obtained by reading the historical marker near this cache.

Bring your own pen. The cache is a small camo'd potato salad container.
