New Fishing Hole Traditional Cache

The first cache I looked for by myself (and DNF'd) was in this park, but it was unfortunately archived shortly after (Old Fishin' Hole). Such a nice little park deserves a nice little cache.

Please note: The cache is not buried in any way. There is no need to dig anything at this location, ever. No tools, implements, shovels, chainsaws, or other items detrimental to the landscape are needed. The cache is within 1 inch of being visible to the naked eye, and can be grabbed sight unseen without touching any object, dirt, rock, tree, duck poop, or duck. It is in the obvious place, the first place you're going to check when you arrive at GZ.

Container is a camouflaged mints canister. A hint would be overkill.
