Welcome to the small town of Toeterville, IA. This isn't much of a town, but it's where I live. If you continue past the final and go around the block you will have gotten pretty much a complete tour of the town.
This is my first hide. There aren't many caches in this area, and I thought it would be nice to get my home town on the map. The final is right along the road in front of my house. To find it, you just have to decode the following paragraph.
