At this relatively new, downtown Sacramento location you can find the answer to the question asked in the name of this cache as well as answers to other questions, wise sayings, pearls of wisdom, and some fun sculpture too.
Do not post any answers on this web site. In order to log this cache e-mail me first with the answer to the question asked in the name of this cache - and I will only accept the #1 answer - plus who said it and when. Just to make it interesting I also want the date on the dedication plaque with the "A Building ..." quote above, the name of the building, and the answer to one other question: how many fish?
