Geocache Description:

this is a cache that you could practically step out of you car and pick up.

This is my first hide and I hope it works out. This is a micro. I worked less than 2 blocks away from here and passed by here 2-3 times a day and have seen no reason for it not to be a good quickie during lunch. I originally said that a clue would give this away and that i'd only provide one if people weren't finding it. (well, people are finding!) Don't be alarmed by dog walkers, military personnel, or security personnel. They will not bother you as long as you stay outside of the gates and no trespassing area.

I noticed the comments on why i chose the location and what a weird spot. I'm always finding caches in the woods and i thought why not put one in a place where a cacher wouldn't expect to go. I hope that quenches the wonder.
