How Geocaching Works
In August 2008 we celebrated the 49th anniversary of "The Blast" in Roseburg, Oregon. Yhis brought back memories of the old highway that we used to drive prior to I-5. It ran from Los Angeles to Seattle and though there have been many improvements it still can give you the feeling of a time when you didn't go speeding past everything. Hopefully you will take time to notice some of the old remnants of the bygone time.
At the same time if you look on the log sheets of some of them, you will find a number written in red. This number when placed in the correct order will give you the coordinates to #10. Hopefully this will give you encouragement to complete the final multi and yet get more credit for your hard work.
All caches will have relatively safe parking nearby with no more than 1.5 terrain
Just a nice easy one,
To keep your mind active.
Look around,
See what seems out of place.
Or is it right in your face!!
Is it metal or stone,
Is it a pile or standing alone?
Is it hanging or hiding in a crevice.
I am trying to give back
Something for all those who
Have given me great fun.
It seems fair. Good Luck.
Please re-hide carefully just like you found it.
As always bring a writing stick.
